CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the technical secretariat at secretaria@ControversiasBarcelona.org

- Attendance to the scientific sessions and commercial exhibitions.
- Official Symposium documentation.
- Certificate of attendance.
- Coffee breaks.
- Simultaneous Interpretation (English-Spanish-English).
- 21% VAT included.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the technical secretariat at secretaria@ControversiasBarcelona.org
- For cancellations received up to March 25th, 2024, a 25 Euros penalty fee will be applied.
- After March 25th, 2024 cancellations will not be accepted and there will be no refunds.
